A multi-disciplinary executive, Mr. MacKenzie has occupied CEO, COO, CFO, EVP and Consultant positions at various companies over his career.

After spending ten years in public accounting in the Entrepreneurial Services Group at Clarkson Gordon/Ernst & Young, he went on for fourteen years as founder and CEO at AllCanada Express (ACE), Canada’s largest international large jet cargo airline, now part of Cargojet.

Subsequent to ACE he has operated as a consultant both independently and as Senior Associate to ICF International to numerous domestic and international clients in financial services, energy, aviation, technology and emergency medical services, for strategic, operations, acquisitions, contract negotiations and litigation support related services.

With more than 25 years of senior finance / executive experience with both large and small publicly traded companies, Monique is known as a strategic CFO with strong execution and communications skills.

Monique launched her consulting practice in 2012, after holding several corporate positions with TSX listed companies where she led her teams in the areas of financial reporting, corporate governance, change management, administration and IT.

Monique currently serves as the CFO of a private mobile technology company in Toronto and leads the finances for a public mining company trading on the CSE. Monique graduated from McGill University with a bachelor of commerce and a post-graduate degree in public accountancy and holds a US CPA designation from Chicago, Ill.

Andrew J. Ramcharan Ph.D., P.Eng, FAusIMM

Dr. Ramcharan has international experience in mine project evaluation, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, mine cost estimates, 3D modeling, and financial analysis. He has worked in project start-ups to production, investment banking, consultancy and corporate development. Dr. Ramcharan has been involved in gold, quarries, coal, industrial minerals, base metals and precious metal mining projects.

His experience includes:

-Significant take overs valued at over $800m,
-Private placements $20m,
-Raising finance of $1B, and fending a hostile takeover
-Major discovery of over one (1) million ounces of gold, NI43-101 Complaint in Panama in 2013

Dr. Ramcharan is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, the University of Leoben and of Harvard University Continuing Education program. He lectured at University of Toronto in Mineral Resource Estimation.
